Sebastian Simon is a teacher and mentor to young chefs at Le Cordon Bleu Australia. He is also a consultant to various sectors of the food industry through his business Lavasalt Consulting. Cooking has been Sebastian’s joy and passion since 1996. He was immersed in a cuisine and culture that believed cooking came from the heart. Most importantly, Sebastian is a Christian, a sinner saved by grace, and part of a vibrant Christian community in Melbourne.
